What if I’m not happy with my purchase? Can I get a refund?

What if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment without contacting us beforehand, your session is considered forfeited and will not be refunded. You must email us before the scheduled time to be eligible for rescheduling or consideration.
How does appointment scheduling work?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link and a calendar of available times. Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Yes—just revisit the booking page and purchase again whenever you need more support or direction.
Can the $99 consult be applied to future services?
It may be. If we decide to move forward with a custom project—such as a visual architecture package, a branded video, or a full sound identity (FCSS)—your $99 session fee may be applied as a credit toward that final project cost. The decision to apply the credit is determined by the scope of the custom work. It does not apply to future strategy sessions.
What counts as a “project”?
A project is any creative service we agree to build together—something that reflects your goals and fits within the scope of what Flutter Creative Studio can support.
This might include (but isn't limited to):
- A custom song or sound identity (FCSS)
- A branded video or visual architecture build
- Creative direction for a founder's personal brand
Every project is quoted individually based on time, complexity, and creative needs. Some align with the Flutter brand aesthetic; others are entirely client-driven. Either way, the process is collaborative and built with intention.
